Indonesia, with its 17,000 islands, promises adventure and discovery. For this travel journal, we propose a two-week journey from Bali to Yogyakarta, passing through the dream beaches of the Gili Islands and the lush jungle of Lombok.

Days 1-3: Bali, the Island of the Gods

Day 1: Arrival in Ubud

Day 2: Temples and Jungle

Explore the Tirta Empul temple for a traditional purification ceremony, then hike to the Tegenungan waterfall.

Day 3: Art and Relaxation

Days 4-6: The Gili Islands, Tropical Paradise

Day 4: Crossing to Gili Trawangan

Take a boat to the island of Gili Trawangan. Enjoy the festive atmosphere and white sandy beaches.

Day 5: Diving and Snorkelling

Explore the coral reefs during a snorkelling session or dive among sea turtles.

Day 6: Rest and Sunset

Relax on the beach and enjoy a cocktail while admiring the stunning sunset.

Days 7-9: Lombok, Nature and Authenticity

Travel to Lombok and discover the magnificent waterfalls of Senaru.

Day 8: Hike to Mount Rinjani

For the more adventurous, a hike to the summit of Mount Rinjani will reward you with breathtaking views.

Day 9: Beaches of Kuta Lombok

End your stay in Lombok by exploring the secluded beaches of Kuta.

Days 10-14: Yogyakarta and Central Java

Day 10: Arrival in Yogyakarta

Travel to Yogyakarta, famous for its temples and rich culture.

Day 11: Borobudur and Prambanan
